Omraam Mikhaël Aivanhov (1900-1986), a French philosopher and educator of Bulgarian descent, began working in France in 1937. Despite the inclusion of many elements of the Science of Initiation in his oeuvre, he himself draws our attention to the fact that, for one's own development, everyone must work for himself, provided he does so not only for himself but for the benefit of the whole community. it will thus be transformed into a fraternity. This constant communication between man and the universe is also called nourishment, breathing, and love, so we need to make contact with the earth in order to live on the physical plane, with water, on the astral plane (heart), with air, to live on the mental plane (intellect), with heat and light, to live in spirit and soul.
